A new late night dim sum cocktail bar is opening south of the river on May 15th. The venue is hidden under railway arches and takes its design inspiration from a Victorian Opium Den, mixed with a modern graphic edge.
Featuring raised seating areas framed by a long bar, the space is airy and open, but full of hidden corners.
The cocktails, such as The Kiss Of Death and Mancho’s Mind Control, are made from Chinese tea infusions, Asian spices and exotic flavours. The food menu at Fu Manchu will centre on a range of delicate and fragrant authentic dim sum served from beautiful wicker baskets.
After food and drink is done, a DJ will transform the venue into a late night venue for those who want to blow off some steam.
